Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between NET TUR TRAVEL CO. (“NET TUR TRAVEL CO.”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the alfagotours.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).

Accounts and membership

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using this Website and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Billing and payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Accuracy of information

Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or on any related Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Website including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or on any related Service has been modified or updated.

If you decide to enable, access or use third-party services, be advised that your access and use of such other services are governed solely by the terms and conditions of such other services, and we do not endorse, are not responsible or liable for, and make no representations as to any aspect of such other services, including, without limitation, their content or the manner in which they handle data (including your data) or any interaction between you and the provider of such other services. You irrevocably waive any claim against NET TUR TRAVEL CO. with respect to such other services. NET TUR TRAVEL CO. is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your enablement, access or use of any such other services, or your reliance on the privacy practices, data security processes or other policies of such other services. You may be required to register for or log into such other services on their respective websites. By enabling any other services, you are expressly permitting NET TUR TRAVEL CO. to disclose your data as necessary to facilitate the use or enablement of such other service.

Uptime guarantee

We offer a Service uptime guarantee of 99% of available time per month. If we fail to maintain this service uptime guarantee in a particular month (as solely determined by us), you may contact us and request a credit off your Service fee for that month. The credit may be used only for the purchase of further products and services from us, and is exclusive of any applicable taxes. The service uptime guarantee does not apply to service interruptions caused by: (1) periodic scheduled maintenance or repairs we may undertake from time to time; (2) interruptions caused by you or your activities; (3) outages that do not affect core Service functionality; (4) causes beyond our control or that are not reasonably foreseeable; and (5) outages related to the reliability of certain programming environments.

Backups

We are not responsible for Content residing on the Website. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of any Content. It is your sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of your Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on some occasions and in certain circumstances, with absolutely no obligation, we may be able to restore some or all of your data that has been deleted as of a certain date and time when we may have backed up data for our own purposes. We make no guarantee that the data you need will be available.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Website. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.

Refund Policy – Excursions

Cancelation from your side 10 days in advanced of the scheduled excursion, there is a 20 % cancelation fee of the price of the excursions.Cancelation from your side between 4 and 9 days in advance of the scheduled excursions, there is a 50 % cancelation fee of the price of the excursions.Cancelation from your side within 3 days of the scheduled excursions, there is a 100 % cancelation fee of the price of the excursions. No refund.In case you do not show up at the agreed time and miss the excursion there will not be any refund.If excursions should be cancelled due to weather, we will offer you to join another day or to get the full amount refunded.In case of force majeure, we will do what is possible to find the best solution, but we do not have any responsibility.

Refund Policy – Hotel bookings

Cancelation from your side 30 days in advanced of the scheduled arrival date to the hotel, there is a 20 % cancelation fee of the price of the hotel booking. In special events such as Bairam and other holidays the cancellation fee can be 50 %.Cancelation from your side between 29 and 15 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date to the hotel, there is a 50 % cancelation fee of the price of the hotel booking. In special events such as Bairam and other holidays the cancellation fee can be 100 %.Cancelation from your side within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date to the hotel, there is a 50 % cancelation fee of the price of the hotel booking. In special events such as Bairam and other holidays the cancellation fee can be 100 %.Cancelation from your side within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date to the hotel, there is a 100 % cancelation fee of the price of the hotel booking. No refund.In case you do not show up at the scheduled arrival date at the hotel, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be made.

Tickets

After you buy an excursion a ticket will be sent to your e-mail address. The E-ticket must be shown on a mobile device or printed and be shown at the start of the excursion.You must have read and understood all information on the ticket and find out where the pick up point is that is stated on the ticket.When you book an Excursion, you will receive your ticket by e-mail. On the ticket there will the pick up time, the pick up place, the date and which excursion / service.

Transportation / pick up and drop off from the hotel

When an excursion has pick up and drop off included, you must be at the pick up spot 10 minutes before the pick up time that is stated on the ticket.The order of the hotel, the pick up / drop off spots and pick up times can vary from excursion to excursion.

Purchase

Alfa GoTours sells excursions on behalf of suppliers and its own produced excursions.Alfa Go Tours is not responsible for any injuries, illness, loss, damage, theft, delays, expense, negligence happening on the excursions.When customers purchase excursions or tours from Alfa GoTours, customers accept our full terms and conditions.

Intellectual rights

Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, alfagotours.com owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and into the Website, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, know­how, trade secrets and inventions (whether patentable or not), goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics images, icons and hyperlinks.You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content from the Website belonging to alfagotours.com without obtaining authorization from alfagotours.com.

Personal possessions

Coats, wraps, umbrellas, cameras, handbags, traveling bags and similar personal articles always remain through the excursion under the passenger’s custody, control and responsibility. Be careful that you do not leave your possessions unattended at any time in the bus or elsewhere in which you are traveling.

Accidents

Alfa GoTours will not be responsible should anyone have an accident, illness, or any mishap on the excursion

Prices, tickets and the route on the excursions

The excursion prices, the excursion route, stops and other services on the excursions are subject to changes without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Tickets can be changed to a later date from Alfa GoTours side but with a 48 hours prior notice only. You cannot transfer excursion tickets to anyone else.

Environment

We believe in keeping the environment clean, so we work to convey any environmental messages in our excursion programs and therefore ask you to support us in these efforts by respecting the cultures, customs and environmental issues of the various places we visit.
